* Heritage at Cadence (newsletter) / The official newsletter of Heritage at Cadence Community : Receive regular emails from the Clubhouse. If you want to be  in the know about Clubhouse activities, this is the place to start! Includes the monthly Club & Events Calendar and the monthly Fitness Calendar. Stop by the front desk and complete the new resident paperwork##. In a few days, you will be receiving very useful Clubhouse activities emails.

## For all new home/resale purchases for all residents/tenants who meet the qualifications as a resident. Resales need only provide a copy of their closing documents.

* Club hours :  8am-8pm, 7 days a week. 24/7 for Fitness center and locker rooms. Pools will be open from 6am to 10pm daily (resident fob required).

* Guest policy : The Club at Heritage guest policy is a maximum of 2 guests per household at a time (unless approved by the Lifestyle Director). The resident MUST be with their guest(s) AT ALL TIMES while the guest(s) are using any part of the facility. Each household is given 10 free guests passes per year. The passes do not rollover if not used. ALL guests must come to the Front Desk to fill out and sign a guest waiver prior to using the facilities. Additional passes may be purchased at the Front Desk for $5.00 per day per guest or 7 passes for $30.

Remember to put your credit card on file at the Front Desk.
